NO REFUNDS - Exchange only

At Haiduc London, we prioritize quality and exclusivity, which is why we do not offer refunds. As a small brand, our suits are crafted in limited quantities and are in high demand.

All our suits are sold on a "limited edition" basis, and we do not have permanent collections. This policy ensures every customer has a fair chance to own one of our unique designs. Additionally, the delicate nature of our garments requires careful handling after shipping, making frequent returns unsustainable. Please note that refusing to receive an item is not considered a return, and any costs incurred by Haiduc London due to not accepting your item will be deducting from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If an item is not returnable, it will be clearly marked on each product page, under Shipping & Returns. 

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item please contact us, and depending on your location we will give you a shipping label or instructions to return your item, upon receival of the item we will inspect it and send your order. Exchanges for the UK typically take 3-4 business days.

Exchanges are complimentary for the UK. For international orders you will receive instructions on where to return your item, and the logistics are your responsibility.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
